How Skinny Guys Can Bulk Up

If you're a naturally skinny guy, you know how hard it is to increase muscle to look bulkier, feel stronger, and exude confidence. With your high metabolism and natural slim physique, it's harder for you to gain weight (and therefore, muscle) than the average person. Whether you need to gain weight for medical reasons, or just want to look more in shape, you can bulk up with these following tips.

Eat More Calories

As a skinny guy, you may not eat enough calories because you simply don't need many to have sustained energy throughout the day. Your smaller body can handle less calories and still feel full. However, you need to eat more calories so your body can turn them into muscle. But this doesn't give you a free pass to eat junk food all day. You need to fill your diet with high-protein, low-carb, and low-fat meals. Eat 6-8 small meals a day so you can avoid overloading your system. Specifically, if you eat too much protein in one sitting, you will feel lethargic.

Lift with Heavy Weights and Low Reps

Once you start eating more food during the day, add an optimized workout regimen to build up your muscles. Use the progressive overload method  to trigger your body's muscle building response. Lift with heavy weights (as much as you can handle that day) and low reps as opposed to low weights and many reps. This method will help your muscles get bigger and stronger.

Beat Your Previous Workouts

It's not enough to just workout your muscles a few times a week. You need to constantly trump the workout you did the last time you were in the gym. This means increasing your weight limit so your muscles tear and build up faster. If you're getting stronger, you're getting bigger.

Avoid Excessive Cardio

Weight-lifting is great, but what about cardio? Turns out, cardio can burn muscle if you're not careful. You don't want to negate the work you do in the weight-lifting room, so limit cardio to 30-minute sessions no more than 3 days a week.

Try Legal Steroids

Another great way to add muscle mass is by using legal steroids, like d-bol tablets. These steroids are rigorously tested by doctors and other professionals. Plus, you won't risk fines or jail time when you buy them because they're legally approved. Use legal steroids to get quicker results, harder workouts, and faster recovery. Contact a provider of these supplements, like SDI labs, for more information.

Follow these tips and see how fast you can add muscle. Always consult a medical doctor before going on any diet or exercise regimen, just to make sure it's safe for your specific needs.
